Bringing together 90 boats and nearly 1,000 sailors, the 38th The Bodrum Cup saw teams set sail on Saturday, October 24, for the 12-mile Anadolu Sigorta Stage off the coast of Yalıkavak. Following the final stage, which bears the name of Anadolu Sigorta—celebrating its 9th year as a sponsor of The Bodrum Cup—the excitement will move to the awards ceremony at Yalıkavak Marina. The race week will conclude with a concert by Pinhâni.
1The final day has arrived for The Bodrum Cup, held from October 9 to 24, with a route stretching from Bodrum to Knidos and from Ortakent to Yalıkavak. Having completed the SumOne, Ruins Luxury Resort, Yalıkavak Marina, and OPET stages, the teams will compete in the final leg of the five-stage, 79-nautical-mile race to secure a podium finish in their respective categories.
As one of the organization's platinum sponsors, Anadolu Sigorta is lending its name to the final stage in its 9th year of supporting The Bodrum Cup and is also providing insurance support for the Bodrum Ship.

Following the race at sea, the teams will gather at the awards ceremony to be held at Yalıkavak Marina at 7:30 PM. After the ceremony, where the winning teams will receive their trophies, Pinhâni will take the stage at 9:30 PM. Racers and friends of The Bodrum Cup will celebrate the close of the week with the concert.
The Bodrum Ship, which turns 25 this year, is at the heart of the race week. Maintenance and renovation work is underway at Ağanlar Shipyard for this sailing school vessel, which was born out of The Bodrum Cup and introduces young people to maritime activities under the auspices of the Bodrum and Caria Region Culture, Arts and Promotion Foundation (BOSAV). Following the project, which is being carried out with the contributions of various institutions and the maritime industry, the goal is for the ship to once again participate in training programs, international projects, and cultural and artistic events.
