NAME LIST AND INFORMATION FORM (FOR EVERY YACHT)
Every yacht owner or skipper must pass the name list and information form for participants in his/her yacht. This form is expected to be delivered latest until October 15th Saturday, 17:00 to Organization Committee. The form will include the information whether the participants have sailing licence, if they would like to join Kalymnos course, (if yes) whether they have necessary visa for Greece entry. SAILING LICENCE: (FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS)
 Turkish participants are required to have sailing licence. If not, they must apply with two photographs and a copy of their id card.
 Foreign participants must deliver copy of first two pages of their passports.
 Application dates for sailing licence: 14-15 October 2005
Necessary documents: 2 photos, id card copy
Application place: Era Bodrum Sailing Club secretariat (Neyzen Tevfik Cad. 160/A Bodrum)
 

KALYMNOS COURSE: (CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS WHO WISH TO SPEND THE NIGHT IN KALYMNOS, OTHERWISE THEY WILL BE HOSTED IN D-MARIN TURGUTREIS)
 All participants must have schengen visa, seamen should have identities with "5. Şube Vizesi"
 For the participants in need of Schengen visa, organization committee will arrange a mass visa.
 Organization Committee expects to receive the necessary documents for Schengen visa from 1st until 15th of October.
 Visa expenses, and possible expenses of yachts in Kalymnos belong to yacht owners.
 

NECESSARY DOCUMENTS FOR PARTICIPANTS IN NEED OF VISA:
 Passport with at least 6 months to expiry date.
 3 photos with white background
 Greek visa form filled and signed. (Form is available at Era Sailing Club secretariat)
 20 € or equal YTL (In case there is a change in visa fees, it will be declared by the committee.)
